Dear Marshall,

Thank you so very much for your reply.
You¹ve given me a great list to explore.
CBD oil comes in so many shapes, strains, forms and dosages. Could you let
me know what your wife specifically uses? Brand and strength.
I¹ve never heard of Theraworx, but another prescriber to this list
referenced it.
Thank you for taking the time to email me.
I appreciate
Helena

Dear PT,
Thank you so much for your reply. I don¹t take western meds but I so take
supplements. The ReMag and the Ionic magnesium sound good. What trace
minerals do you mix it with?
The idea of drinking something benign throughout the day is definitely
appealing.
Also can you please elaborate a little on the cramp bark. Do you make
into a tea? How do you make the salve? A magnesium spray isn¹t working
for me and doesn¹t feel good either.
Appreciate your time and help, truly.
Thank you
Helena

1 teaspoon of borax=5000mg=550mg of boron at 11% concentration of boron in
borax, and therefore, 550 mg of boron in 1000ml (1 quart), with a serving size
of 1 teaspoon at 200 teaspoons per quart - 2.75 mg of boron in a glass of water
per teaspoon from the concentrate. Not that much, triple it to 3 teaspoon per
glass of water, and you'll get 7.25 mg per day of boron, GOOD ENOUGH

It takes around 20 volts, not 'real' high.Copper is entirely different than
silver.
It doesn't produce Ions, conductivity doesn't increase, therefore it will never
have current "runaway"..meaning:  Current controls aren't being used and a
conductivity related "Auto Off"  will not work.
Colloidal copper does not register on any meter making them TOTALLY useless.
Colloidal copper has no flavor or color.
The only way you can tell you made anything is with a laser pointer to view the
Tyndall Effect [light beam] and that doesn't say much about  'how strong'
Do not mix silver and copper as copper will pull every trace of both out of the
water and drop it to the bottom as a black fuzz.[and/or other weird things]It
is also a good idea to use a jar other than your silver batch jar to make
copper.
Be aware that, because both copper and silver use Selenium to control these
metals levels, internal consumption of too much copper can be toxic and may
alter your ability to eliminate silver.  Selenium supplementation may be
advisable. [ But don't over do that as to much Selenium is quite toxic ]
You can probably use the faraday calculator to predict PPMOde

I forgot to mention, Helen, that depending on what meds you are on you can try
things like cramp bark.  I take it internally and also make a salve out of it
and rub it on.  I like it better than mag oil.PT

 Subject: CS>leg cramps

Dear Folks,
Can anyone help?  I use colloidal silver but my issue right now is leg cramps
that wake me up several times a night.  I take magnesium but maybe  not the
right type, brand? Any advice?I do leg stretches, but I’m in a bad place with
this right now.  I have an underlying condition of bronchiectasis and sleep is
so important for me.Any answers, advice, opinions,  gratefully received.Thank
you,Helena

It takes around 20 volts, not 'real' high.
Copper is entirely different than silver.
It doesn't produce Ions, conductivity doesn't increase, therefore it
will never have current "runaway"..meaning: Current controls aren't
being used and a conductivity related "Auto Off" will not work.
Colloidal copper does not register on any meter making them
TOTALLY useless.
Colloidal copper has no flavor or color.
The only way you can tell you made anything is with a laser pointer
to view the Tyndall Effect [light beam] and that doesn't say much
about 'how strong'
Do not mix silver and copper as copper will pull every trace of both
out of the water and drop it to the bottom as a black fuzz.[and/or
other weird things]
It is also a good idea to use a jar other than your silver batch jar to
make copper.
Be aware that, because both copper and silver use Selenium to
control these metals levels, internal consumption of too much
copper can be toxic and may alter your ability to eliminate
silver. Selenium supplementation may be advisable. [ But don't
over do that as to much Selenium is quite toxic ]

You can probably use the faraday calculator to predict PPM

Hallo PT,
Yes, normal house wiring copper is fairly pure. But it requires special
equipment to make pure
copper colloid. ( think it is very high voltage required)
However, from memory, making colloidal copper-silver with a silver maker is
quite possible:
Make some colloidal silver, then swap the silver rods for copper rods and
complete the process.
How to check the ppm or strength? Keeping quality? particle size?
Hmm. There was a discussion of the subject some years ago. Dont trust me , go

Hello,
There has been a conversation going on about the need for copper in the
body and people have written about colloidal copper. Has anyone on this
list made colloidal copper? If you have how did you do it?
Thanks.
