1 teaspoon of borax=5000mg=550mg of boron at 11% concentration of boron in borax, and therefore, 550 mg of boron in 1000ml (1 quart), with a serving size of 1 teaspoon at 200 teaspoons per quart - 2.75 mg of boron in a glass of water per teaspoon from the concentrate. Not that much, triple it to 3 teaspoon per glass of water, and you'll get 7.25 mg per day of boron, GOOD ENOUGH

This is also critical for the body to properly use magnesium, calcium, etc. I've used this boron tonic: mix 1 teaspoon of borax into 1 quart of water and mix well. Use only 1 teaspoon of this base mixture mixed into a glass of water each day. I have an old blog post discussing boron here: http://www.otezok.com/boron-arthritis-more/ Victor On Tue, Jul 17, 2018 at 3:53 PM, Dianne France <dianne_fra...@hotmail.com> wrote: You may want to add potassium too. I’ve had them all my life. The calcium and potassium help. There is also a product called release made by dynamite. It’s wonderful. Spray on and it starts easing up.
