These two products are not compatible. IsoCort (the latest version that was made available in 2011) contained standard pharmaceutical hydrocortisone, 2.4mg per pellet. SR Adrenal does not contain any HC. The exact reason for why Bezwecken pulled the latest product version is not disclosed, I
