I really don't get this whole arguement - that the TR7/8 is not a 'real'
Triumph (or even a 'real' TR) because it doesn't have a separate frame.
Granted, the styling of the TR7 is a subject of deeply divided opinion. But
that shouldn't affect its legitimacy. Those who say it is not a 'real' TR

James, when I first tried to get my car to run I had similar problem.
Even although I labelled the plug leads before I did anything and put them back on the
same way it would not start. PO had then on wrong in the first place.

13 days was a very very long time to be without my Spit. Naturally I took it
for a drive when it was finished, I'd forgotten what it was like!

I haven't gotten the 71 Spitfire yet. There's been some logistical
problems.
I still intend to put an oil gauge to the motor to check the true
level. Several people have suggested that the oil sending unit could very
