Hello all,
I'm encounter difficulties with playing Windows media files with latest

I use *http;//MyServerIP:9000/stream.mp3* for listening via network

Seems like something useful for a setup with multiple players as long as

Could make sense to add support for creating a library defined as “not
in library=xxx” or “not in search”. I suspect that would be fairly easy
to add to LMS core and it can be quite useful if you want to

That's excellent philippe, thank you! Looking forward to that update. I
just discovered another major podcast that can no longer play - The NY

So... today I learned that * are used to create references within a a

creating references between some players instead of copies. I highly

MR,
Sorry for my lack of clarity (and your unfamiliarity with the feature
I'm talking about) it is '*Sleep*' at end of song, not pause. So it
can't be 'un-paused', but playing has to

Thanks for this info. I don't know how/why, but yes, it does appear I

Is the custom tags you use understood and used by any other software

Is there any integration with online sources in any tagging tools to set

In that case you can expect to get update notifications for version
8.1.1 - 1610364019 that was released on Jan 14 2021.
How did you conclude that you get update notifications

What happens if you simply resume playback, i.e. "unpause" by taking the

Most probably because you are using an LMS version from a nightly branch

8.2.0 nightly with bug fixes + new

I know that but unless you have the most f... up decoder, you have an
difference on the least significant bit. So thats totally negligible
and that decoding will happen anyway somewhere in the chain. Once it is
done, its done and flac is bit exact, so I dont see the point.
LMS 7.9 on Pi
It seems like you are now with the Bell Fibe ISP. You can still use
your Apple router with it:
Enable DMZ and point it to your AirPort Extreme.
Enabling « Mode dmz évolué » or evolved dmz mode will spoof your
external IP to your apple extreme. Youll find it in the advanced tools

FLAC can perfectly store a cake.
MP3 takes a cake and creates an approximate recipe for it. It isn't
perfect but it is close.
If you FLAC capture the cake you make from the MP3 recipe you have not
captured the MP3 recipe you captured the resulting cake. Perhaps there
was different ways to read
philippe_44 wrote:

Mp3 decoders can/do round different to each other and are often rounding
to 16 bit. mad uses 32bit floating point during calculations and then
rounds to 24 bit int for output.
The input bitdepth during encode is not related to the output bitdepth
