So, to address a few questions; I can login from any PC/Phone with my
UID/Password. Not an issue. Even tried changing it to see if that made a
difference, like if there was a mis-type, or a corrupted item somewhere
in LMS's config (it's silly, but I tried it), no bueno.
Hmm... I see traffic
I cannot switch between my local server and My SB online. I can see to
the end of my switchgear (UniFi Security Gateway Pro 4), it gets out.
Nothing is blocked that I can see coming back in. Based on my logs, it
looks like it's *trying* to talk to My SB, but My SB is rejecting it.

I don't think the disk is the issue. It's a 4Tb Seagate in a USB caddy.

There is no display of non playable items...

I now have my PC back from being repaired (failed SSD boot disk).
I have the Pi3 configured as the LMS running 8.2 -
