Site loads but spinning circle

directly in Foxit Reader. Who is causing this: Seamonkey, Foxit Reader, or Windows? In nay case, how can I fix it? You have to download the pdf before you can display it in Foxit. It gets stored in in a temp folder in your Windows user profile. How else would Foxit be able to display it? -- Ed

Firefox either. IE11 shows a print preview of 16 pages pretty much totally borked in layout. Safari (Windows) says 10 pages but the text is gibberish. Opera 16 doesn't seem to have print preview so I printed the first of 5 pages. Text is total gibberish. Not a real good outcome. -- Ed Mullen
