did. There is PPPoE overhead also with cable, right?!
No, only the normal DOCSIS overhead. In the cable environment we see normal
overhead ratios (like ethernet) arround 10%. Cable does (normally) not use
PPPoE
But also a happy day a for swisscom (or better cablex)!
I think this phone-over-cable-stuff will become a strong argument against
the unbundling of phone-lines ... :-(

The network statement will not suppress the OSPF hello
packets... It affects only, which prefixes from directly
connected interfaces will be injected into OSPF.
