Pelo que entendi, Julison, a solução não precisa de inversão dos sentidos das
vias. Basta colocar um key do tipo number_direction=inverse pra indicar que
a numeração segue o sentido inverso. Vejo os seguintes problemas que deveriam
ser atacados para a solução funcionar:
