Unless there is an "island" that separates them outside the toll booth
building, I believe creating a separate way for that purpose makes it too
cluttered. I second ":lanes" tagging scheme. In addition, we can place
separate nodes for each toll booth instead as what was done in Cavitex and
MCX.

GrabTaxi, an app used to book for a taxi on southeast asia including the
Philippines has been using MapQuest layer of OSM as its basemap however no
attribution whatsoever is linked to OSM.

I personally use a GPS - enabled camera in video mode to which it syncs via
GPS time. While the GPX trace generated by the GPS device is on of course
on GPS time as well making them synchronized.
