Für die von mir genannten Ausnahmen dürften eher Zuständigkeiten geregelt sein, echte Gebietsübertragungen hat es, glaube ich, nicht gegeben. Die würden früher oder später ja in echten Grenzveränderungen münden. Die einzelnen Hausnummer-Ausnahmen sind eher schon lange so geregelt, nur das GVZ
