no jde o to, že jsem normálně zkusil stáhnout data do josm pomocí dálkového připojení z openstreetmap.org a napsalo mi to že josm není spuštěno, přestože otevřeno bylo. zkusil jsem tedy josm aktualizovat na verzi 12567 a situace zůstala stejná. Stáhl jsem si tedy data normálně přes josm a zjistil
