Bat fails to start

Hi, I'm using Bat 3.5.25, and on my account it works fine. However on my girlfriends account it fails to start properly. She opens the Bat and the screen appears as normal, the message ticker starts scrolling and after a couple of seconds the bat closes. Any ideas/suggestions? Thanks! -- Du

Good afternoon list, I'm threading by subject but something about it i find a bit aggravating. If you delete a subject, move to another folder and later go back to the folder where you deleted the subject, the first read thread on top is already automatically opened.
