Hi, I'm using Bat 3.5.25, and on my account it works fine. However on my girlfriends account it fails to start properly. She opens the Bat and the screen appears as normal, the message ticker starts scrolling and after a couple of seconds the bat closes. Any ideas/suggestions? Thanks! -- Du
