First thing I see is that your CINR 0 and 1 are more then 2 db apart. This
seems to cause issues. So much so that I have a graph that's shows me any UE
with 2 or more db difference in CINR.

If the UE tries to connect to the eNB and is unable to AUTH the SIM card then
it will blacklist after 3 or 4 attempts.
At that point the UE must be rebooted to connect. I have seen this happen many
times back last January.
No way around it, its a LTE thing..
On the UE’s dropping from 50-60Mbit
That is all on 2x4 mode at this time.
Much of our system is Clean LOS, so enabling 4x4 actually decreases
performance some.

We have 4 eNB’s deployed, 106 UE’s and its working good.
I had a UE that needed a reboot this morning (7000 on Beta firmware), but other
then that our service calls for LTE service issues are far and few between.
The Telrad LTE product has had a few bumps in the road, but all have been taken

From what I have seen running 4573:
1. 4x4TM4 is working good. I have 2 eNB’s using it with good speeds through
trees. In one location I saw 63Mbit x 7.3Mbit and a CINR of 27. UBNT 5ghz at
this same location was around 79db and we would not install.
2. Better performance. Jury is still out

Gotcha, did not know that had changed. We pre-setup UE's before they go
out the door, and the new firmware has it turned off.

No that is way too slow. Normally once you can PING the radio the GUI (from
the LAN port) will be ready.
Then it will say connecting, and this takes just 15-20 seconds longer.
