Hi Bimlas, I am unfamiliar with Boostnote etc, however I do use TiddlyWiki as a tool to work with plain text files for similar reasons. I load a folder of plain text files using a tiddlywiki.files file. This allows me to load them without the need for inline metadata or an external .meta file.
