Hi Jan,
You have done a really good job with the slider macro. It works very well
and looks good. Your solution using appear looks a little more modern and
fresh, but we know now that appear interferes with sidebar toggling and
possibly other plugins you will want to use in the future.

Hej Birthe
No Idea for the footnoteproblem, but I made a version wihich replaces
the appear plugin with an macro (derived form skeeves global slider
macro). It just needs one xtra tiddler.
Check out the difference between the Tabs Idea(new) and Note(old) and
tell me what you think is better.
What most people don't know about the TiddlyWiki NodeJS version is that it
can actually run a file server and rest API to serve and save
TiddlyWikis. I've used it quite a bit and it works very well.
The biggest advantage for you in using it is that one wiki can inherit
another. The biggest
Hi and thank you, all of you, for your kind words.

Didnt give me any problems in hundreds of operations.

No problem, Mario and thanks for the clarification Jeremy.
I suppose I was thinking along the lines of what Thomas has described, i.e.
without the need for each image to be "pre-registered" - but perhaps this
isn't possible.
Thanks

Hi J Mc
Did you find a solution?
I did try but without the different packing lists you wanted.
This is outstanding! I had a question though, is there a way to change from
an overall "done" tab to having 2 sliders in each of the tabs for pending
and finished?
I'm trying to come up with a solution that seems like a hybrid of this and

Jon,
I'm sorry. I did completely misread your question. ... I thought, you want
to insert a new button into the toolbar. ... But you where probably talking
about the new "edit toolbar: Insert Picture" - button, that shows a list of
already imported images, to choose from.
So in this context

Hi Jan,
Happy you liked my Danish version.
I do absolutely see your point, I also like Stephans solution. In fact I
have tested, tested and tested even more. Tried to read more about filters
but had to give up on that one, when I turned totally blueish.
I don't think we should import the old

Hi! In my project I have a very long list of tiddlers with pictures (1000+
items). I put them to my tiddler by <$list filter="... but my page becomes
very long. So I want to find the way to divide automatically this page by
50 items on one page. I can make it manually by limit before and

Hey Birthe,
Thanks a lot for your Danish version @ http://fanegal.tiddlyspot.com. It
is worth a new Headline!
It has great enhancements especially the solution for the MobileviewProblem
is great! I will integrate that as soon as possible...and I directly
copied your favicon-idea.

Hi Jon and Jeremy
Just a quick thought: A shortcut for creating external image tiddlers would
be nice – then we would have visual browsing access when we want to use the
same image again.
Kind regards, Thomas

Hi Jon
Can the behaviour of the Insert Picture button be altered so it inserts an

You can create external image tiddlers that point to images at an external
URL which can then be browsed by the "insert picture" button:
It seems to me a few things have been mixed up:
To first answer your question; you should likely have regular TW5 and I'd
recommend tiddlyspot.

Thanks for sharing.
As for creating plugins, the most user friendly tool we have thus far (and
the only one I can use) is Andreas Hahns Tinka. (I just reset my computer
and lost all bookmarks so you'll have to search it yourself.)

Hi David,
I agree with Mark.
You can forget about Tiddlyspace. It was great with TWc, not so with TW5
and it is closing soon.
