They have no reverse dependencies.

I think the packages were added as part of the Unity 8 project
Why do you want /etc/os-release to contain CPE_NAME?
It is an optional field and it seems easier to parse the other fields to
figure out that you are running Ubuntu 21.04.

on Ubuntu 21.10 (development). That version of totem-pl-parser is also
available in Ubuntu 20.04 LTS so it probably works there too.
