kerberos-configs currently includes the krb4-config package in

I also am using an external hard drive for backuppc, and have now
verified that whether the mount worked properly or not is irrelevant to
backuppc continuing to report errors on upgrade. I should note that I
am using JFS on this drive, and that I am not experiencing any problems
otherwise.

Ok, so I spent a little time hacking on this (I tried to downgrade, added some
log statements to BackupPC so I could see what was really going on) and realize
what happened in my case.
1) mount failed for some reason. Probably before the update occurred.
2) backuppc auto-created
Using a fresh install of karmic (grub2 only on host)
I had to manually apply the patch made by Colin Watson (comment #4) and
it almost worked...

of vmbuilder ?

I have now discovered that gparted also fails to create/format a swap
partition on a mac partition table. In addition, I have managed to
reproduce this using an external drive on both powerpc and x86. The only
thing thats baffling, is that gparted doesn't appear to use any of
libparted's timer

match tag. It turns out that Acers service had put Aspire 3100 motherboard in

beta, I solved like this: I modified /etc/default/grub on line
GRUB_CMDLINE_LINUX_DEFAULT=”quiet splash”
and replace it for:

I installed Ubuntu Netbook Remix Karmic 9.10 on my Acer Aspire One A150,
and i expected that my card reader can read any memory card, but i can't

Well, I do think this is a rhythmbox bug but I'm confident that upstream will
do nothing about it (as I understood it, they don't support notify-osd).
At least for now, we need a downstream patch.

When surfing on an smb share which is an xp machine, while right
clicking on a folder it reports a false/wrong folder size. Compared to
the actual folder size after copying to my computer.
