I've found the bug: it's inside the meteo application. One time set it out, it
works 100%.
In other words: if you are using the meteo appl on the panel, you have to be on
line since boot and not via wi-fi protected.

I have had the same problem, but when installing with dpkg -i the gnome-
keyring-manager the system asked for launchpad-integration0, and I had
launchpad-integration1. I installed also launchpad-integration0. Now the
system is installing gnome, hope it wil run
