@FOSS: You need no testdoc, just open draw, draw a circle, make the line
thick enough and you see two dots (upper left and lower right).
Unfortunately if you convert this shape into a polygon you can edit
these dots also. So it is in fact a bug how LO handle these shapes.

I tested the fix from Fabien Tivolle and it seems to work well !
But now, it should go a fix into the package xrdp, but i think there must be a
change in one of the config-files in /etc/xrdp itself (for example the
xsession.sh) !

Set /apps/gnome-power-manager/notify/low_capacity = false on my eeePC 701 4G
prevents the popup warning, too.
I never had problems with the shutdown and capacity of my batteries.

the beta2 of lucid 10.04 and confirm that after a suspend and resume the
gnome-disk-utility reports that the solid state disk will fail soon and
should replaced. The icon in the panel shows DISK IS BEING USED OUTSIDE
DESIGN
No luck with the daily build from 1. april of the unr. Look at the
screenshot. Fix is to reduce the size of the fonts and the dpi to 83 on
my eeePC 701 with 800x600 pixel resolution.

I have the same problem with a oem LG drive. It seems to be a bad
firmware in some dvd-drives.
A workaround ist to buy a new drive for 20 Euro or Dollar or whatever
and throw these buggy drives away.
A another workaround could be to blacklist these bad drives.

It've done this with 9.04 and 9.10 and work perfect except the dvdrom.

Back to the darkness, the .41 kernel breaks my 701 and the netbook-
launcher is useless for me again. This is a showstopper for the jaunty
netbook remix release. Looking forward for a fix soon...

I think the bug #159698 has the same reason, something is wrong with the
dvd-reader LG GDR-H30N, it has also some issues with other
operatingsystems, slow speed e.g.

I've experimented a little with the Hardy LiveCD. It seems that the partitioner
seeks for a device wich crashes the whole system.
If i try to install with the ubuntu installer ubiquity the system freezes
completely at the step descibed above. No mousemovement is possible, the system
