For the record, the reason why Debian's clustalx has not migrated in
testing is only the lack of autobuilders for non-free packages. There is
no release-critical problem in clustalx 2.0.12-2.

Dear Bela,
this is a very good point. Since the emboss binary package does not
contain C shell scripts, this dependency is not needed. I will remove in
the next package update (to upstream version 6.2.0), which I hope to do
soon.

have you also updated the libajax6 and libnucleus6 packages? Please let
me know if that solves your problem, so that I tighten the dependency of
the EMBOSS packages on these libraries.

ImageJ fails to run - /usr/share/imagej/jni
Excellent! I added $(RM) moc_* to the clean target in debian/rules and
the package builds fine on Lucid:
