Hi All I've taken a look at the meeting times based on the timezones currently listed in documentation team table. We have a wide range of locations (UTC -5 to UTC+5.5) so it's not going to be perfect timing for everyone. Looking at the possible combinations, I've come up with a two options

Also you can refer the demo data in the TaxAuthorityRateProduct, and if you have some technical knowledge (not necessarily related to OFBiz only java will work) then you may also like to go thru service calcTax or method TaxAuthorityServices.rateProductTaxCalc(). Finally what Yashawant suggested

In my opinion, it sounds like a too fragmented approach. Better to have a core that includes everything that the base framework needs to function, and then everything else is a plug-in, with dependencies handled as required. Then the end-user can choose what plug-ins to run on the framework; if
