only reason I can imagine for that would be that your entry cannot be
interpreted as Currency: perhaps it contains a rogue character or has
misplaced thousands separators, for example.

PS: Your system clock is wrong by fourteen hours. You will want to
correct this. My guess is that you are actually in time zone +0700
(perhaps in Indonesia?), whereas your system claims you are in -0700
(e.g. US west coast). Either
to phase out
Windows and incrementally migrate to Ubuntu.
