Errr, that seems like a fairly crazy thing to do. Surely the opposite would be
better? Normal save overwrites the previous version of the document and makes
it difficult to create back-ups. Plus it restricts what formats can be used.
If someone opens a document in some stupid format
manuals so that was really what i was asking about. Do they
make sense? It's good to hear the make more sense than other stuff to do with
LibreOffice though.

Usually the language is the one that is used by your operating system by
default. It might help us if you could tell us the name of your operating
