this trouble is normally caused by a running antiviris tool. Disconnect
from internet, stop the antovirus tool and start the OOo setup. I think
this will lead to a running OOo 2.x.

How do I change the space between lines to make it a smaller space. If I use
60 point
type on one line and 18 point type on the next line, sometimes I want make it
closer together. I have not been able to figure it out. I can make it bigger
but not smaller.
