Hi all, I've just d/l 3.1 and I've noticed something different in Calc. (I'm using Windows XP). When I have to insert a line or column, I want to retain the same font as I used in the first part of the document. When I change the font to the name I want, eg Times New Roman, it used to stay in

You can create your own shortcut for this feature. Go to Tools | Customize | Keyboard tab. In the Category List select Edit. In the Function list scroll down to 'Fill Down'. Then in the Shortcut Keys list select the key combination you want to use and press the 'Modify' button. TomW
