@Lev Veyde two tasks for you here:
- can you check how the testing repo got enabled on a freshly installed
system?
- can you check why rpm size and dnf expected size are not matching?

Hi, the last oVirt release using python2.7 was oVirt 4.3 which went EOL 2
years ago.
As a project we don't consider reports against old releases anymore.
Please upgrade as soon as practical and if it still reproduces please let
us know and we'll be happy to help getting it fixed.
Thanks,

e to oVirt 4.4.10 (staying with Oracle 8.5) or 4.5 (CentOS Stream
or wait for Oracle 8.6) I would consider taking an OLVM subscription and
get support from Oracle. I'm not suggesting Red Hat here because 4.3
support is ending on August 2022 and won't be useful for your case.

Hi,
oVirt 4.2 reached end of life about 3 years ago when oVirt 4.3.0 was
released (February 2019).
We are going to release oVirt 4.5 in about 2 weeks then even oVirt 4.4 will
reach End of Life.
The best suggestion I can give is to upgrade as soon as practical.
