LibreOffice PPAs are not managed by The Document Foundation, so you
should ask on Ubuntu forums or mailing lists

In any case, the bug should be notified to Ubuntu, as they repackage
LibreOffice (and in some cases they create specific bugs, which do not
affect LibreOffice vanilla).

We will probably support Windows 7 for some time after EOL, but nothing has
been decided yet. Windows 7 EOL will be at the same time of LibreOffice
6.4, and the continued support, if any, will be communicated at that time.
