On my email server I'm currently using a roaming users setup. I've thought about switching to smtp-auth but I haven't gotten to it yet. I recently upgraded to vpopmail 5.5.0 and since then whenever clearopensmtp is ran it changes the uid and gid for the open-smtp file to what seem

n see I am using MySQL and the default ports distribution uses cdb, this is why doing a build straight from the ports tree fixed my clearopensmtp error message, however I lost all my user accounts as these are in MySQL. Using the ports version with the above configure command fixed all my issues.
