rewrites your enclosures so that click throughs to the media files pass
through feedburner so they can keep count.
For whatever reason the way they've chosen to do it, is to name ALL enclosers like this:

The most common reason in my experience is that the movie has been
edited but not flattened since it was made. If you do a save as
self-contained movie as the very last step, it should play correctly
by progressive download.

On the technical side, just flattening the video file won't cause
it to Fast-Start (i.e. Progressive Download). You'll need to check
for the Fast-Start option when exporting from your application;
