recommend a lil program called eZediaQTI
(http://www.ezedia.com/products/eZediaQTI/index.html) It lets you
create nice looking links and buttons. There's a free demo version

Hmm, I seem to be able to do it ok in QT Pro on my PC.
(There is a settings button where you can set all the h.264 settings,
but you have to then click an entirely different "size" button to set
the size).

I've been thinking about the Xacti cameras lately (or others of similar
design), and have been trying to read up on them online. Unfortunately all
the user reviews usually have the same problems:
1) EXTREME (polar opposite) opinions on video quality in the same forum
2) No actual video to back

That canon camera (the same one I use) stores its AVIs in MJPEG format. It
sounds like one of your installs/updates changed (or perhaps even removed)

be gamed to easily to allow youtubers to select the questions the
candidates committees would have had no problem gaming the system in order
