Hi Lisa, Our Faculty and staff and students can check out 4 titles at a time for a week. They can renew up to 4 times. The only exception is if it is on Reserve - then students have 2 hours and have to watch it here in the Library and faculty and staff can only have it for 3 days to show in

We have no real limit on the number of items, but films check out to faculty for 3 weeks and to staff for 1 week. Renewals are possible. Extended checkout is occasionally arranged. Reserve DVDs and VHS tapes are typically set for 4-hour loans but can be adjusted to whatever time period suits

7 day checkout, unlimited # for students, staff and faculty. Our non-media checkout is by the quarter so that's considered fairly conservative for us. And of course faculty are encouraged to book in advance. Circ will often adjust the due dates for faculty if they need material longer as well.

At USC's Leavey Library all videos (except those placed on reserve) circulate for three days. *Any* USC patron (including undergraduates!) can check up to three dvds at any one time. Generally renewals are not permitted but exceptions are sometimes made--especially to faculty members. Document
