Hi, unfortunately each time you download the helper is generated, it is with your own credentials. So this means that my helper won't work for you. If you go to the site and it shows that your helper doesn't appear to be running, it gives you a link to download a new one. Maybe that will work.

Hi Tracey, Well, I had similar issues for a few weeks with Siri. Yesterday, my phone broke as the power switch malfunctioned. The phone was replaced, and at least for now, Siri works better than it ever has. It's more responsive as it responds to my requests immediately on a regular basis.
