Audio Rally Racing

I purchased this game yesterday. When playing it, it begins to studder like it's running to slow. I am wondering if anyone else has had any problems with the game. I'm trying to determine if the problem is the game or the IPhone software. I am using 9.1. This game is to expensive not to work. --
