you're talking more about simple tactile markers. There's no braille involved.

The PenFriend 2 is a great product, but you need someone to tell you what the
item is before you can record your label.
If you don’t have a sighted person around, the apps previously mentioned would
work, or you could use Be My Eyes and always have a sighted volunteer to read
you the label.
A quick fix is to use the label element gesture.
