The Trekz Air only has one size. Note that they're called Trekz Air and not Trekz Titanium Air. The sizing guide is to determine if the Trekz Titanium or the Trekz Titanium Mini is the right size for you. I'm not sure if it's available on the Amazon pages or not, but it is through Aftershokz.

I’m pretty sure there is a sizing chart one can use to buy different sizes with. I’ve got a fairly big noggin at 7 3/8 inches, so for fit, it’s not an issue for me. I don’t recall personally using a chart, so maybe the bigger size is the default. I do recall other people mentioning it though.
