hi,
I am using a 6+ iPhone running io s 8.1
I looked in the notification center on the today tab. I noticed stocks
listed. I don't recall those in 7.1.2. I don't recall if I figured out how
to remove them or they just were not there. I went into
settings|notifications and stocks isn't
Once you are looking at the Today view in your Notification Center, go to the
bottom of the window and flick left. You'll find an Edit button; double tap
that, and you can delete Stocks from the section of included widgets.

If you are referring to where you turn notifications on and off for all of
your apps, then that can be found in Settings in the Notification Center.

Dear all. For some reason my notification list is not arranged in headings on
my iphone 5c. On iphone 4 I can still move by headings and jump from one source
of notification to other. If I try to move by headings in notification tray on
5c, voiceover says no headings. Is it normal?
Thanks

In the Today View, I have things like calendar events, reminders, current
weather conditions, and more. It depends on how you have your settings.
Since you do not have anything in your today view, I am wondering if your today
view is turned off

I think the term is Badge, and as a term, makes more sense in context,
though can't be more specific than that.

Keith,
Don't feel badly about asking, I for one am glad you have because I too am a
bit confused as to the various subtleties between the three forms. And
frankly I don't find the brief explanations in the SETTINGS dialogs
truthfully all that helpful; especially regarding batch. I see one
Hi, Bill,
It's actually badge, b a d g e. A badge in that context is a piece of
information displayed in a static way. For example, when you go to a folder on
your home screen and it shows the number of apps in that folder, that is very
similar to the way a badge displays information.

Hi Marissa,
I am not quite sure what you are asking when you say double tapping on the
notification list in voiceover.
I assume you mean the Notification Center, are you referring to double
tapping on notifications in the lock screen when Voiceover is on?
Maybe you can clarify/rephrase.
Regards
Hi yes that's what I meant
