I have an iPhone, but I am assuming it works the same for your device.
Touch one of the apps in the app switcher. Double tap with one finger but
on the second tap hold your finger on the screen until you hear a tri-tone
and it will say editing apps. Take your finger off the screen and then
the individual page.

When in the app switcher on the iphone, you double tap and hold on any
application in there. You'll hear a sound effect, kind of ascending tones, and
it should say editing apps. Then you double tap any

Those apps that are listed in Pap Switcher aren't taking up any resources just
because they're not open at the time, even though they're listed in App
Switcher. My impression was that you could only have one app running at a
time, at least in the foreground, on a Pad.
