Hi Lauren,

Find the file you want to download, then right click or use the Application
Key on the keyboard (right side of the space bar, next to "Alt"). This
should bring up a context menu with an option that says "Save Target As".

You should maybe take a listen to Jonathan's FS Cast about iTunes, here
Jonathan explains how to modify the Quicktime settings in Control Panel
which iTunes installs and which change download behavior.

Alternatively, you could use your Favourite podcast app like Downcaster and
simply subscribe to the iBlindTech podcasts and, for that matter, to FS Cast
if you like. If you do have Downcast, go to the "Add Podcast" tab, then
double tap on "Search for Podcast" and type in "iBlindTech" all in one word.
Double tap on "Search" it should find just the one result which is the one
you want. Double tap on it and then find and double tap on "Subscribe" on
the next screen.

I find it much easier and more convenient to listen to Podcasts on the
iPhone since it's easier to rewind or forward and all that.

Regards,
Sieghard

Wow! What a great resource. Thank you for taking the time to inform me of
this website. Only one problem, I can't seem to download any file from this
URL (the website) using INTERNET EXPLORER 9:
https://itunes.apple.com/au/podcast/iblindtech-democast/id544075194

I'm being prompted to play with ITunes. I make it a habit to download files
and scan them first--yes, I'm a Windows user. (Smile). I also tried placing
the path within Winamp and still no go.

Hi Lauren,

Garth from Australia has a very nice and comprehensive series of Podcasts
which cover a lot of Voiceover functions from very basic things like moving
apps to more advanced features like copying and pasting text. If you are
unfamiliar with moving apps this might give you a better set of instructions
as a description in an email. You can find them here:

Thank you Cheryl as this definitely works on the IPodTouch 5th just as you
described, but now I've done it! I became a little too
bold and tried it on the Home screen. I ended up with 4 pages on the Home
screen rather than my normal 2 pages. If you can help with
this I'd appreciate it. To be precise, I'd say I need help moving icons from
X page back to page 1 of Home screen.

Okay, I have an iPhone and I haven't seen the iPod you have so I hope this
helps.

When in the app switcher on the iphone, you double tap and hold on any
application in there. You'll hear a sound effect, kind of
ascending tones, and it should say "editing apps". Then you double tap any
application to remove it from the app switcher; it may
say "double tap to delete" but don't worry; it isn't really deleting the
app. When you've deleted the ones you want to delete, you
can either double tap "dismiss app switcher" or you can press home which
takes you to the normal mode of the app switcher where you
open apps; another press of home takes you back to the home screen. I would
think it would be similar on your ipod.

Hth.
