In Safari, is there an advantage to using either Favorites or Bookmarks for saving websites?

Hi, I'm wondering if there is an advantage for using Favorites or Bookmarks in Safari when saving webpages. I usually just bookmark a page rather than Favoriting it. It seems that Favorites require an extra navigation step or 2, but wondering if I could be all wet on this view. Curious
