left corner of your screen, and move down just past the status bar. You should
find the button that way, but flicking or using the "top of screen" gesture

There are two ways to set up group email lists in iOS 7.
The first way has been around for a while and was shown to me last year. It
involves writing each email address manually into one email address field in
the contact. The email addresses need to be separated by commas (I think).
