Lightning Alert?

One of the weather apps on my phone used to alert for lightning. Our dog is terrified of thunder, and the alert gave us time to put on her sweater which seems to make a difference. Whichever app it was, it doesn't alert any more. Is there an app that alerts for lightning? Thx Ann and old re
