Oh no worries I was just referring back to the original post I didn't catch
that they were having the problem with other apps other than weather radio.
I don't think it was wrong just maybe applied to something else. so I'm sure

notification twice rather that it's giving him simultaneous
alerts at the
same time for the same place. That was my understanding of that
