First, no you do not need to be on insulin do use the Libre, as I am not using
insulin and I have the libre sensors.
My doctor was able to get the Libre
and patients.

change from the reader to the app on your phone. I have used the libre with my
phone, but 10 R. I’m not diabetic, so I only use the continuous glucose monitor
every so often, just to keep tabs on things.
