As I get feedback from the user base of 10 users of my app that have it
installed on the phone, I can confirm that there are people with the same
problem, as I have received similar feedback from 2-3 users for whom Apple’s

Interesting that a reset of all settings didn't work. How about you have
someone change the voice synthesizer for voiceover.

If you have your voiceover shortcut set to where you can just turn it off and on that way, you could do that. Otherwise, tell Siri to turn voiceover off. Then tell Siri to turn voiceover back on. That should do it.This sounds like a recurrence of the annoying now you see it now you don’t bug
