: IRobot app accessible?
I would say that robot vacuums are a technology that is still
developing. They are getting better but still cannot take the place of
a full sized vacuum. As has been stated, they can sometimes have
navigation issues and they are not as powerful as a full sized vacuum
Makes sense to me. As far as I know, there are none in Sanford.

Carolyn

I have a friend with COPD, has one of those, named it Murphy, because of
Murphy's law.
So, a couple of years ago, when she went to move, she had someone cleaning her
apa
in dust and dirt and it’s not a complete solution.

Sorry for my ignorance, but what is the purpose of this app
where people at times come in tracking in
dust and dirt and it’s not a complete solution.

from the company iRobot

Hi. will be getting the IRobot 980 today. I am hoping that the app is voiceover
accessible. I was told that some of the app is accessible. The battery level
and status of the robot may not be read by voiceover. If anyone is using this
app, I would appreciate any info that you can provide.

Certainly a much more encouraging message than the one I received from Neato
Robotics even though the Neato is less expensive and gets better reviews.

Hi,
Yes, I have had both Roombas and now a Neato Connected. The Roombas were
pre the most recent incarnation, thus, not running with an app. So, I can't
speak to that side of things. I always loved my Roombas, but the Neato is,
really, a new

Hi Don,
Make sure you also check the Neato Connected robotic vacuum, it’s a

Hi Don,
Make sure you also check the Neato Connected robotic vacuum, it’s a bit cheaper
and gets much better reviews

Well the subject says it all.

Yeah, the app is mostly accessible (scheduling, settings etc).
Inaccessibility: battery and possibly checking the Roomba errors,
although Roomba talks to you so it's no big deal.

A friend is considering getting one and I wanted to be sure the vacuum
and the app were a good combination.
