Fazil, I might suggest to you that you put in the other face ID. There are two
places that you can set up Face ID apparently it’s for someone else that might
be using your phone. However, I found that it works even better

The reason I did that was because the Wal-Mart guy, where I bought my phone,
tried, and face ID never engaged. After I had my phone a few days, I decided to

My phone the 13 pro max and the earlier 11 pro max let me know with voiceover
when my face was out of alignment with the camera
So if you listen to the voiceover
you kno what you have to do as you go through the process.
