It says reorder after every item in the rotor list. I thought the other
times I was in the rotor list and scroll down the list it just gave me each
item in the rotor list
I'm not sure when I first noticed the ability to reorder my roter items,
but it's definitely there now.
To remove language from your roter, I think you need to go into Settings
- General - Accessibility - voiceOver On - Languages and Dialects
and down at the bottom you'll see a section for
