In the cellular settings, keep going through the settings until you get to a

Hi, Everyone.
I'm trying to help my Mom with her iPhone and accessing the Internet.
At home she uses a router and can get online.
Away from home, she can't.
She's using TMobile as her carrier, and when I look at her settings,
her Cellular Data is set to On.
What other things need to be enabled

Chip

doesn't work, will go over later in the week to troubleshoot.
Thanks,
Dani
