It would help to know in which apps you are running into this. Generally speaking if you are talking about going to the beginning or end of a document, those are VO key commands, not just a single key. Beginning of a document is CommandKey+up arrow. End of the document is CommandKey+down arrow.

Mike, I'd suggest you go to Settings, Accessibility, VoiceOver, Audio, and Sounds and Haptics. Take your phone out of its case. You can turn off sounds on this screen and also turn off Haptics or change the haptic intensity. I feel pretty sure you can adjust these settings in some combination

Outlook is going to do that no matter what you do as far as I can tell. At least the native mail app doesn’t announce the number of suggested contacts as you enter an address. You have to go look for them in the native mail app. One of the reasons I stick with it, rather than the Outlook app.
